Proper planning prior to the construction phase of a project ensures high-quality results. During the planning phase, we:

- Provide project estimating and a reliable, timely cost model drawn from a deep database.
- Provide value engineering to reduce cost while maintaining the value and functionality of the project.
- Review constructability to determine the ease/speed of construction and evaluate the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for coordination.
- Establish detailed construction schedule highlighting all activities including purchasing, fabrication, shop drawing production and construction work in place.

Management of the construction process ensures that the project budget and schedule are maintained. During the construction phase, we:

- Monitor and manage the progress of the construction schedule and the project costs.
- Establish quality control methods and procedures from start to finish ensuring that quality standards are met.
- Prepare and implement subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
- Implement management control of all project activities to ensure that there is a proactive resolution any potential issues.

The project is not complete until the client is satisfied with product. Closeout of project is our last chance to impress the client (until the next project). During this final phase, we:

- Ensure that building systems are designed, installed and activated according to owner’s operational needs.
- Perform final closeout which includes a walk-through inspection with the owner and completion of any punch list items.
- Develop operations and maintenance instructions on all building systems for the owner.
